The latest Playtech Marvel slot game features Thor The Mighty Avenger. Thor combines elements of Norse mythology as he spends his time in exile as a super hero battling evil. The features are more in number and more exciting as well.

The introductory clip presents the characters that assist Thor in his mission. Thor is the wild symbol and offers the largest line payout of 5,000 coins. The Jotunheim free spins are played on special reels. Thor appears on all reels and can appear stacked on reel 3. An additional wild symbol, Laufey the king of the Frost Giants and an enemy of Thor, is added on the reels and the scatter hammer symbol is removed. Laufey freezes winning combinations for one spin. The free games are played infinitely until Heimdall appears stacked on reel 3. The player is then taken back to the Rainbow Bridge and may return to the main game or go to the Earth free spins.

The Earth free spins are also played on special reels. As in the other free spins, Thor appears on all reels and can appear stacked on reel 3. Surtur, another enemy of Thor, is added to reel 5 and the scatter hammer is removed. When Surtur appears on reel 5 he randomly blows fire on 2 to 6 symbols on the other reels. These symbols then act as multipliers, the highest being 16x, and remain fixed for up to four spins. The Earth free spins feature is terminated in a way similar to the Jotunheim free spins.
