Do I need anything special in order to play your games?
In order to play our games you'll need to have the latest version of the Adobe Flash player installed on your computer. To download the Adobe Macromedia player simply click on the "Get Adobe Flash" and you'll be forwarded to the Adobe Flash landing page where you'll be able to download the plug-in for your computer.
How do I change my personal information?
After you log into your account click on the "Profile" link located in the top right hand corner of the screen. Here you can change your personal information and update things such as your e-mail and password information.
Why am I constantly loosing points while others may be winning?
Our games have been designed so as to mimic that of real online casino games that you'd find in real online casinos or that of land based casinos. There may be times that you win and then those that you loose as well. If you're noticing that some players are moving up faster then yourself it really just is that they may be getting lucky and nothing more.
Are your games secure to play?
Since our games do not offer in any way shape or form any real money casino game play there is no need to worry about security. We do however do our best to ensure our users security to ensure that any personal infromation (ie account data) is never compromised.
I forgot my password what do I do?
In the event that you forgot your password simply click on the "Forgot your password" link. You'll then be prompted to enter the e-mail address you used when you signed up for an account with us. Shortly after making the request you'll receive an e-mail with your login details
What kind of games do you guys offer?
Currently we offer a wide range of standard casino games including some unique slots games which we developed. We offer blackjack, baccarat, keno, a range of video poker games and slots and much more. Why don't your free games load?
If our free games don't load properly it's more then likely that either you do not have the flash plug-in installed on your computer or alternatively that your home/office firewall is blocking outbound traffic. Our free games server requires that you allow for outbound traffic to connect to the following port: 9875 in order for our games to function properly. |
