I know that the regulation of online casinos in the United States is still somewhat far off and that several years can still pass before we actually see the form of regulation that we as American's would actually be happy with.

I think that there's a great cross over here between land based casinos and online casinos in the sense that players rewards such as bonuses and comps could and very well should be interchangeable between an online casino and a land based casino. The opportunity for doing something like this when regulation is in full swing is amazing and I think will help most definitely grow the global gaming industry as a whole immensely. The online gaming industry is a huge business and we're starting to hear more and more about it. I personally wish that I would have gotten involved sooner myself to have capitalized on the vast lucrative rewards of this industry but unfortunately I think I missed my chance... Perhaps I didn't though as the industry is still very much young and full of potential.

Can you imagine though being able to rack up rewards playing online that can get you a free trip to a land based casino, entries into land based casino tournaments, etc... I think that this would be incredible. There's no doubt that it's still several years off but hopefully we'll see something come though the pipe in the next few years.

What you're describing here will definitely be a reality at some point. When land based operators get involved in the online industry for gaming we'll see a whole new merging of the offline and online realm at least this is what I beleive. I think that crossing comps over from land based casinos to online casinos will be just the start of it all. Massive tournaments will be run where prizes will be well in excess of 50 Million dollars I would say even. I think that you're right though in that the online gaming industry isn't very mature and that it still will evolve in the years to come and especially when regulation is set into motion.

It's undeniable that it's coming and that the big software firms that deal in land based gaming device development will be looking at acquisitions at some point in the near future and are also very likely already developing their own products as well.

I'm really looking forward to the future of online casinos and gaming online as I think it'll be far more exciting then it is right now.

I like that sounds of where things are heading. I too agree that the industry will be a lot bigger at some point when things come to pass in the US with regards to regulation. I think that there are some really big opportunities still out there and that many people will benefit from the future of the online gaming industry in the United States and around the globe.
