In the past I've found that online casinos that make it difficult for me to retrieve my password in the event that I've forgotten it are ones that I typically over look and move onto a new casino. I was trying to log in to my All Slots Casino account today and was unable to because I must have changed it at some point and forgotten what I had changed it to.

I was thinking about contacting them but in the login box I noticed the forgot password link which I clicked on and was then able to retrieve my password with relative ease. Basically what happens is that they send you an e-mail with a link in it that then takes you to a Microgaming support page where you're able to change the password by entering a new one. It's a really easy process and makes it quick and convenient in being able to get back into the casino and continue to play!

Yeah they've made it easy to get a forgotten passwords at pretty much all Microgaming casinos not just All Slots. I think that most online casinos that are on other software platforms also offer this feature where you can retrive a forgotten password with relative ease!

I think it's common practice to have this. It used to work in a way more so where you'd have to contact the online casino affiliate program in order to have them reset the password for accessing your online casino account but the reality is that this whole process can be automated in an easy and secure way so that there's nothing to worry about.

I've had to take advantage of this kind of a feature a few times in the past actually!

I don't think that it should be any other way. If you have to contact customer support in order to reset a forgotten password that's a real pain in the butt and also you'd likely have to reveal to them your password. I don't think that a CS should ever have access to your passwords whether it be for online casinos, poker, online banking, etc...

I've never really had a problem. Although I try to create passwords that I remember I find that if you put all your passwords into a text file that you secure onto your computer using a program like TrueCrypt you'll never forget any of your passwords!

I never forget my passwords as I'll generally opt for the option when playing at online casinos that allows me to save the password directly within the software. I think that by doing this you definitely avoid any issues with forgotten passwords and the retrial of them as they're always there!
