
UNREAL INtERTOPS customer for 8 ,9 years read transcript
Before you read this they sent me a email with a preapproved code to sign up for echeck.i never have seen my money.

Sandra: No, Unfortunately we are currently having some echnical issues with eCheckUS - we are still waiting for a response from them. All pay out and pay in requests will be declined and credited back
you: so if i deposit with my card now it will not get taken out of my account twice with echeck also and wouldnt it be nice to have let customers know?
Sandra: I am very sorry for any inconveniences, but in your account it does not even show that you tried to deposit with eCheckUS.
you: ok i got the email i jumped thru the hoops taking time to do all this. i hope you are not inferring by saying it did not show up in my account that i am somehow responsible as that would reaaly po me.

Sandra: Are you sure that you did not just load your eCheck account and not the Intertops account?
Sandra: And really, we re waiting for eCheck to call back
you: it showed a 23 credit going to you guys.i was seeing if there was some way to cancel after the fact but did not see a way to do it.i have a trans number if you want it?
Sandra: As I said before we are having some technical issues and eCheck is not responding so I am not able to search any transactions.
Sandra: Also, I am not able to predict whether it will be accepted or not

you: well i am a long time customer and i do not want to have that money tied up and redeposit while it is in limbo so if you can credit the account for 23 and if it does not go thru then i will deposit using alternate method
Sandra: I am very sorry, but I can not do that as I can not even see a record that you even tried. We will have to wait for a response from eCheckUS
you: ok if i cant be trusted as a faithful longtime customer who has never had so much as a blip for measley 23 bucks becuase of your screw up not mine i am done with you so i will let this stupidity clear or not clear and will then cancel my account .hell of good deecion and great customer service by you guys real mental giants all should get a gold star.p.s. do not even try to offer it back now.
