I have never (and i mean never) seen the frequency of lost hands in a row in real life that I experienced with this online casino... the frequency of bad luck streaks with 8+ lost hands in a row is ridiculously high... at one point, i counted 16 lost hands from the get go!
I'm telling you, the software these guys are using is biased to favor the casino way beyond normal probabilities...

I had the same experience as the other guy. I made a good deposit not small. My run was absolutely horrible. At least at other casino's you hit something for a return on your money to make it at least interesting. I would say for me that there was not even a money back on one hand for over $50 on anything. But your advice to someone to simply switch Casino software all together is harsh. It is an experience to try new casinos and if they like a certain software just try again or try another site in that software.

My experiance was that I deposited $100 and lost it in 5 minutes... I deposited another $375 and actually won $3,300 with it... however when I tried to withdraw my winnings they claimed that I cant do that unless I wager at least 5,000 in slot machines... so I said what the hell.... I started to play slot machines... I wagered more then 5,000 and still had 1,600... Then I went ahead and withdraw 1,000. the software allowed me to do it, however next day I was blocked out from my account. When I called the customer service, they told me that I illegally played table games instead of slot machines, so my winnings were not correct (even though they allowed me to play any games... I mean if that was the case, with today's technology why would you not disable the games that the user shoudl not play?)... in any case, they told me that they took all my money away and left me with 400 and they were expecting me to thank them for that.... Online VEGAS is nothing else but BS and rip off... thats all I can say... they are conducting illegal business as far as I am concerned and they are not being fare... if I lost 5,000 I am pretty sure they would never complain that I played wrong games... in any case, just my 2 cents so next guy will be more cautious...

Not Only online Vegas casino has that problem but the other online casinos too, for me we must face the reality that the programs in the software is not perfect i mean it has also some errors to made to think that the software providers is confident with their product.

Yeah you just need to be more careful when it comes to online casinos and if you find that you have a problem with them and you've deposited a small amount of money simply don't deposit or play with any more money at their casino. There's lots of places to choose from and play online some places more reputable then others.

I agree. Please stay away from Online Vegas Casino. I have $6000.00 in my account. When tried to withdraw my account was suspended. I was told I had not met bonus requirements. They returned the money to my account and reopened it. I met bonus requirements, but when I tried to withdraw from account again my account was suspended. This time I was told that I had to change my player status. I agreed to this but then received an email I had to call and talk with them. I phoned and sat on hold for 5 minutes which cost me $94.00 and spoke to no one. No toll free number from Australia. I email to let them know this. Received an email with toll free number for Australia. I have rang on several occasions and sat on hold for 20 minutes and have emailed on many occasion and got no response. My account is still suspended, they have withheld my $6000 and this has been going on since December. Do not trust customer care staff Carla, Jorleny and Jose G. they all tell you different reasons for the suspension.
