I had recently been winning some money and withdrawals with Bet365. They are crooks! They suddenly freezed my deposit and withdrawal by saying that i'm registering with them a UK credit card but not being a UK citizen. The credit card companies do not restrict you have to be resident of that country! All gamers especially regular winners. Stay far away and even though you might be UK resident. You won't know what crab excuses they could construct to rob your money.

Whilst these practices are annoying they are certainly not crooks. They have a duty to protect both the card holder and their interests.... after all someone could of stolen your credit card details and was happily spending your money away. Usual procedure is to suspend the account and request ID, if they are happy with the ID you can carry on using the account. If not they will either return the funds back to the card or hold the funds in case they receive charge backs (they are allowed to do this and it is written in their terms and conditions which you agree to when registering).
