Post Ruby Fortune Withdrawl Issue. What are my rights here?
On Thursday 3rd of April @ around lunchtime i made a $5400 dollar withdrawal on my ruby fortune account. I left a few thousand odd in my account also to keep wagering with and had a fair few days ongoing of playing... wagered thousands up and down up and down as you do. I spoke with a chat host on Friday night as it had been 32 hours and the withdrawal had not left my account yet. He told me that the payment operations team do not work over weekends so it will not be processed into my Neteller account until Monday which i understood and is fair enough.

Regarding it leaving my casino/pending though he explained that It had indeed been 32 hours and apologized and said this has been a bit longer than the standard 24 hour pending period but assured me the withdrawal would be leaving my account very soon in the next few hours. So i kept playing with a few thousand odd leftover credits and made a few more big withdrawals and then big reverse withdrawals as i played up and down (Always making sure to not go below the $5400 mark so as to not affect my first $5400 Thursday withdrawal in any way)

I started doing some rather large spins , $45 $90 dollar spins etc over the next couple of days of wagering so i kinda lost track of where i was at. It turns out my first withdrawal made Thursday lunchtime was still pending in my casino on Sunday 5am!! Yep 64+ hours and counting. (BTW I am fully verified and have made multiple withdrawals on the account already.)

I was oblivious until i got onto chat on Sunday @ 5am to make sure my withdrawal was safe and in the works as i had played down all my credits making lots of withdrawals and reverse withdrawals since then and enjoying my weekend!

According to the chat host there was no withdrawal he could see and it turned out that i had played it down thinking that it was well and truly out of my casino well over 30 hours ago.

The terms and conditions state that all withdrawals are out of pending within 24 hours provided there are no verification issues which in that case they hold the right to take longer to complete withdrawals (It has always been 24 odd hours like they claim/say/follow through with in every past experience of mine on ruby and any of the others in the same group of casinos No matter what time day week or year.)

The way i see it is they have no excuse for this clear fuck up and should not be shit like that....I am not outright accusing them of keeping it in my balance for longer intentionally but who knows, either way it is impromptu, unprofessional and dodgy whatever the case be. Blatantly Miss-informed, mislead and confused me. If only i knew it was still there in with my 'overall' balance....

The way i see it is they should process my $5400 as i was assured it was out of pending also on another chat and it definitely should have been well and truly out of my account ages ago.... or so i thought.... Dodgy or unprofessional whatever it be.......total fuck around honestly!
They should honor me that payment clearly.

Can you please give me your thoughts and opinions in regards to this matter. I have escalated it and will be expecting reply in about 24 hours from now. Thankyou!

Thoughts?

I had a $900 withdrawal that I made from 1 win 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. They keep saying that my ID isn't the same as my name on my account. WHO ELSE WOULD HACK MY ACCOUNT . The stupid thing is for a win of $50 which I withdrew, they sent me an email confirming that this money will go into my account and it did, yet this $800 has problems because my account name isn't the same..???!! They are happy to receive deposits which is an immediate transaction yet it takes up to 48 hours to receive money back that you are entitled too! I knew something was up so I took a screen shot of everything from the $800 pending withdrawal to it saying withdrawal successful to all the email conversations and have sent it to the police. I want my money. No casino would let you wait 48hours for your winnings. This website is a scam. They also have other casino games that are linked to the same business name and Url.
