it all begain with me winning 800.00 plus i did all what was required of me photos copys of my drivers license ect ..with to this day i feel is illegal ....but i did it for my money i requested my 800.00 and i received a email comfrimation within a day... then after weeks and many calls they decided to split my money they sent 300.00 but it cost me 50.00 with i still feel is illegal... if they no this.. then why dont they mail you a check,, other casinos offer this.. well i stared the whole process over and requested 500.00 tobe sent to my bank ..still after weeks theres lies saying it is being processes ...then some thing happened they decided to put the 500.00 into my casino account instead of my bank account ..so i requested my 500.00 again and i had a fee nice words with them ...then it hit me ,,they want me to get upset with them so they dont have to pay out ...i dont under stand how upper management and the owners allow this but under my rule i would start to fire these people customers deserve better then this ..i deserve better then this ...i trusted them with all my info that i had to give them for my money i feel after they get that information thats when they turn there back on you ..i have a bad feeling they are selling our information to people ..so i mite have to change everything i gave because our trust is gone ...i want my 500.00 plus the 50.00 ..these people are crooks and someone should investigate them soon im going to report them on my side and thats a fact ty matthew masse
