 Mona casino does not pay Mona casino has owed me $191k for a year now. They blame old management but they are the same owners that took a lot more than that from me. Do not trust Mona Casino, Be sure and check to see who there sister casino's are. 21 Dukes is there sister but they claim not to be. The reason I know they are is the manager at Mona mistakenly sent me an email regarding my 21 dukes account
