I made a withdrawal request on Jan 19th and after some back and forth (had to send in new documents since I moved house) my withdrawal request was finally approved on March 10th. The email stated that it'll take 7-10 business days for them to process the withdrawal.

After the 10 business days had passed and I still had no money, I contacted them again and was told that their current processing time is now 10-20 business days. Predictably, after 20 business days had elapsed and still I didn't get my money and got in touch again only to be told I need to be more patient and I will receive my funds at some time - wouldn't even give me a time frame now.

So it's been nearly 3 months now since my initial withdrawal request and I'm not holding my breath that I'll be receiving it any time soon.

You are so right - I placed a withdrawal request on 5/6 for $2200 at Prism Casino. On 5/17 they split the request in half and approved $1033 - then on 5/26 they approved the other half $1032 (they removed the $135 bonus which is fine). I thought I was on my way. Here is it now 17 business days after the 1st half was approved and no payment. When I try to contact them - I just get a bunch of BS. I will never see my money.
