So I submitted a legitimate withdrawal request in the amount of $1,000 on Sunday, September 15, and here it is almost a month later and I have yet to receive my money. The customer service representatives (CSRs) at the casino are not on the same page with the information they give out - I got different answers from a regular CSR, my VIP "host, and a CSR with the "withdrawals department." Not only did it take 16 days from September 15 to "approve" the withdrawal, but the three people with whom I communicated with gave me answers stating that my funds aren't available for a period of time ranging anywhere between 7-20 days from date of approval. This casino, and others I'm sure, certainly don't take that long to process deposits into he casino. Then why the delay in processing withdrawals? As soon as I receive my funds I will be closing my account with this casino. I will not recommend this casino to anyone and I recommend everyone to stay away from them. Their business practice is terrible.

I played at Crown Europe today, I could do my withdrawal. I recon they keep you in so you land up loosing everything. I won 47000 and tried to cash 35000. I contacted them and tried the entire day to sort this out. in the end I lost everything. maybe this is the way they catch us.
I got ripped off.

I do not recommend this casino if you intend to make a withdrawal. It is a scam! THEN LURE YOU IN WITH GREAT BONUSES THEN DO NOT PAY!!! THEY insisted that my bank declined the wire. MY BANK SAYS THAT IS UNTRUE!
