I am a new player at blackjack Ballroom casino. I deposited 912GPB into the casino and currently are having a healthy pay roll of 3600++.
When i was doing a withdrawal. One of the live chat lady told me that i am currently residing in singapore and in the T&C. They stated clearly that the player in order to be eligible for any promotion or bonuses in GPB must be residing in Great britain and have a residential address over there.
The casino reserves the right to withhold bonuses from deposits in GPB made from outside the jurisidiction.

Firstly.. I use my real cash to do a deduction and i didnt recieve any bonuses etc.If i gamble and ask for a refund as i am not from Great britain. I dont think they will refund me the money.

Secondly, I am using real british pound that was being deducted from my visa. I think i deserve to be paid my winnings. Do u guys agree?

lastly,
they say they will discuss and get back to me. Worse scenario is that they will refund my money back to me. WHAT NONSENSE.

I'm really sorry to hear about you having a bad expereince with blackjack ballroom online casino I for one know that they're a really great online casino and have never had any problems with them for as long as I've played with them and that's been a while now.

If you contact their customer support or contact eCOGRA which is a regulatory body that monitors their actions you'll probably get some sort of resolve on the matter. This would be the best suggestion for you I would have to say!

Thanks for your reply winterton. I have to admit that i am unhappy and worried at the same time. BlackjackBallroom casino is one of the most reputatble casino online. the ambience was good. Nice live-chat service. I am just disappointed when i was advised that i might lost all my winnings as GPB is not a currency to be used by ppl outside great britain.
I feel that such terms are not fair as players like me who is new to online gambling will not be fully aware of such clause and i am not trying to cheat the casino using their bonus money to rip the casino off. I am using my real cash. Now i will be making a loss instead of winning. If they really voided my winnings due to the conversion rates.

They stated that they will give me a call tomorrow. i just hpe for the best..And if anyone faced such issue before could u kindly advise me. tks

Your right keong, i think its a matter of human error or hidden agenda that will benefit them, and i must say that their policies is only applicable to their jurisdiction, it really depends on where you're playing in online casinos.

they sent you one which said :we are handling this.......................

and at last , you are exhausted in the long run
