 AVOID LUCKY18 NO PAY NO SUPPORT I WON A RANDOM JACKPOT 5600 IN NOV. I MADE AN WITHDRAWAL IN NOVEMBER. WITHDRAWAL WAS FINNALLY APPROVED 1ST WEEK IN DEC. NOTHING HAPPENED FOR 2 WEEKS. THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT 3 WEEKS AGO-AND NOTHING.. THEN I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH RTG. THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT 2 WEEKS AGO(AGAIN NOTHING) THEN 10 DAYS AGO EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF.(AGAIN NOTHING) NOW THEY WON'T RESPOND TO ANYTHING. THEY SAY YOU WILL GET A RESPONSE IN 24 HRS(IT NEVER APPEARS) THEN I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME(NEVER GOT A CALL) ANYBODY KNOW WHAT ELSE CAN BE DONE????

Re: AVOID LUCKY18 NO PAY NO SUPPORT Unfortunately I don't think that there's much you can do with Rogue online casinos like this other then to report them here and to Casino Meister. I'm sorry that this has happened to you and thank you for the tip and advance as to avoiding playing with them I'll likely never play at their online casino now in lieu of what you've mentioned.

Re: AVOID LUCKY18 NO PAY NO SUPPORT I also won a random jackpot of $1192. I never was able to collect it. I tried on 3/31 to withdraw my winnings and never got a response. The fax form that is required is now a dead link. It goes no where. The support line was busy for several days and now answers with "the party you are trying to reach is unavailable. try later". The live chat was repeatingly responding that the support personnel are assisting others. After waiting about an hour, I logged off and tried again. Their 24/7 support line had closed while I was waiting. They do not respond to any. In fact, the only thing you can do is deposit money and play. I would avoid them completely. Its places like Lucky18 that give online gambling a bad name.
