Last year Virgin Casino had instituted a Christmas promotion called 12 Days of Christmas based on the popular festival song of the same name. Its popularity has encouraged Virgin Casino to repeat that promotion again this year. This is what Virgin casino has to say about the promotion, which involves lucky draws. "It's Christmas! The prizes in the lucky draws are finger licking good and in all worth over £10,000. For the 12 days of Christmas the prizes are as follows.

• On December 16 there are 3 prizes each of an Amazon Kindle
• On December 17 there are 3 prizes each of 10,000 V* points

• On December 19 there are 3 prizes each of a Xbox with Kinect
• On December 20 there are 6 prizes each of £650 Virgin Vouchers
• On December 21 there are 8 prizes each of an European Flight
• On December 22 there are 3 prizes each of a Panasonic Cinema Home System
• On December 23 there is 1 prize of a Packard Bell PC including speakers plus £100 for broadband
• On December 24 there is 1 prize of a 3D Technology Bundle

In order to get their merry mitts on these prizes, players have to log in and opt in to the promotion. Then they simply wager on their favorite games at Virgin casino and collect 1 V* point per day to be entered into each day's prize draw. The more the players wager, the more V* points they will earn and the better will their chances be of winning. Players who wager on the designated days without opting in for the promotion will not receive entries to the lucky draw even if they accumulate V* points. For the purposes of the promotion each day will begin at 00:01 hours and end at 23:59 hours. Lucky draws for Monday to Thursdays will be held on the next day, whereas lucky draws for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be held on the following Monday. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
