iGaming Business is a well known name in the online gaming industry. iGB Affiliate is a sister company of iGaming Business. iGB Affiliate is the biggest provider of information, insight and analysis for the iGaming affiliate market through huge events and a magazine which is read by over 5,000 active affiliates. For the last several years iGB has been recognizing the best achievers in the online gaming affiliate community through the iGB Affiliate Awards. The awards ceremony is an extravagant black tie event held in London along with the London Affiliate Conference. It is sponsored by Casino Affiliate Programs.

The best and the brightest stars of 2010 will be feted at the 2011 iGB Affiliate Awards on January 27. In keeping with the changes in the industry the 2011 awards have been suitably restructured. The number of awards has been reduced from 23 to 14 "to allow for a more comprehensive judging process ensuring the integrity of the Awards is upheld". New pioneering categories specifically for affiliates such as the Best Innovation and Best Newcomer have been added to encourage the industry leaders and newcomers to think out of the box. The venue of the awards has been changed keeping in mind its rising status in the industry. The ceremony will take place at The Brewery at 52 Chiswell Street. The ceremony will be conducted by a professional compere, who will present the awards and keep the delegates captivated throughout the evening. iGB Affiliate recognizes that delegates do not come together often in such large numbers and hence have kept time aside for networking and socializing.

The nomination process for the various categories was completed in the last week of October 2010 and the judging process has begun. There are two different types of judging processes. Certain awards are decided on the basis of online voting by the affiliate community. These awards are Best Affiliate Manager, Best Affiliate Program, Best Affiliate Network, Best iGaming Community, Best Newcomer: Operator, Best Newcomer: Affiliate and Best Payment System. The voting began on November 1 and will continue till December 13. After the voting has closed, the ten entrants per category with the greatest number of votes will be examined by the judging panel who will select the final winner. Some awards will be decided solely by a panel of judges. They are Best Casino Affiliate, Best Poker Affiliate, Best Sports Betting Affiliate, Best Bingo Affiliate, Best Non-Traditional Affiliate, Best Overall Affiliate and Best Innovation in the iGaming Affiliate Industry.

One award is particular interest to the online casino industry. This is the Best Casino Affiliate. This was won by Club World Casinos last year.
