No love for regulars

Cons: It has the worst customerservice ever
After being a regular for almost 2 years, Ive had it with Royal Vegas. They do NOT have their priorities straightened out. Three times I experienced that a deposit did not get through, while it supposed to be instand. One time with bank to bank ideal payment, 2 times with a paysafecard payment. Each time I had to sit in chat with people who either are playing a game with you, or accually are selected NOT on their intellect.
First off most of the time they are shortsentenced and rude on the chat. They don see you as a customer, but ALWAYS blame it on the bank or paysafe or some other technicallity issue. But its never their fault. NOT ONCE Ive gotten free spins or whatever, not even a decent appology from their side for all the inconvienence...this is NOT how one should treat a regular depositing player here.
Im still awaithing an answer from the banking department and everytime I come on chat they keep pushing the deadline. So this was my last deposit ever at the royal Lounge group. They are rude on chat, dont bother to explain to you what is accually going on, and op top of that, they dont even try to keep you as a player, they JUST DO NOT CARE.
So no, do NOT play here, my advice, go to one with the best customer service around...
