Among the most frustrating times when playing at online casinos has to be when you're in need of help and you can't contact or try to contact and simply can't get anyone at the online casino in their customer support department.
The one thing that really helps define Roxy Palace online casino in my mind has to be the fact that their customer support department is second to none and that they have an impeccable team with a proven track record that when put to the test is not only effective but curious and helpful. The team over there at their online casino was able to help me out resolve an issue that I had with them with regards to a game that I was trying to play.
They offer telephone support, e-mail support and now I think they also offer chat support. I'm a big fan of resolving issues while talking to people on the phone.
More then their customer support though they are a great Microgaming online casino. They just recently moved over to the Viper platform and were one of the later casinos to move over to the newer lobby of the Microgaming system.
I love their tournaments their slots games and all other casino games they offer at the casino and also they have a great reputation.
They don't really offer the greatest sign-up bonus at their casino but that's not to worry as it's compensated by regular bonuses after your first deposit and more then that a stellar VIP rewards program that you have to take advantage of if you play online quite a lot.
