Pros: The best customer support of all MGS casinos, incredible games
Cons: Still on the old Microgaming lobby, bonus could be better.
Having played at many casinos online in my day I find that I maintain loyalty to a few online casinos and particularly to Roxy Palace Casino. I've always been a fan of their casino and treated very well reaping the benefits and rewards of staying loyal to their brand. Although I do play at a few casinos still I find that I mostly play at Roxy Palace. Some of the positive attributes of Roxy Palace casino include the following in my eyes:
> Great customer support (the best in the industry in my eyes)
> Amazing selection of Microgaming powered games (the best games in the industry)
> Consistent payouts (I find that I win more often playing at Roxy Palace then I do playing at casinos powered by non-Microgaming online casino software).
> Payout percentages that have been audited by a big accounting firm.
> They offer some of the best loyalty rewards I've ever experienced at an online casino.
Now although these are all points of things that I do like about their casino there are a few that I don't:
> They're still on the old Microgaming lobby (haven't switched to the more intuitive lobby with graphical representation of the games when navigating the games you can play).
> This next point isn't so much applicable to myself but to those out there who are new to the casino. The initial sign up bonus is the same as it has been since they started the online casino I believe a 100% match bonus up to $100 FREE... Not the greatest bonus.
Overall I give them a 9/10 which is a great rating for Roxy Palace casino in my opinion and one I'd always recommend to both newbies and even the well seasoned online casino player!
