Hole in Won is an I-slot from Rival Gaming with a golfing theme. The game begins with an introductory animated video clip showing a player hitting a hole in one. The symbols are all taken from the game of golf. They are the Number 1, the Golf Ball, the Hole in One Logo, the Golfer, the Umbrella, the Golf Cart, the Golf Clubs, the Caddie and the Golf Shoes. The Eagle and the Birdie are golf scores and they form the special symbols in this slot game. The Eagle is the wild symbol and the Birdie is the bonus scatter symbol.

Full Review - Hole in Won (8.86)
The Number 1 symbol has a hole appearing through the center to indicate a hole in one. The Birdie sitting on the golf ball shakes its legs and swings a small golf club. However the best animation by far is in the Eagle symbol. It is an expanding wild and Eagle covers all three rows and putts a golf ball which rolls across the reels.
The coin sizes available in Hole in Won are 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25 and 0.50. Players can wager up to 5 coins per payline and the slot game has 15 paylines. The maximum total bet is 75 coins, which works out to 37.5 credits at maximum coin size.
The Eagle is an expanding wild simple. It appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. It substitutes for all symbols except the Birdie symbol. It does not offer any payouts nor does it act as a multiplier. Three or more Birdie symbols scattered anywhere on the reels trigger the Mini Golf bonus round. This round is a skill based round. Players are taken to a nine-hole golf course and every time this round is triggered they get to play one hole. After completing all nine holes the players returned to the first hole. If this bonus round is triggered with four or five Birdie symbols then the payouts are greater. Also if the players get a hole in one, they get the highest payouts. The maximum payout in the Mini Golf round is 37,500 coins. Players can control the direction and the speed of the shot through the mouse. By moving the cursor around the player can change the direction of the short and the distance between the cursor and the golfer dictates the speed of the shot. Because this is a skill game players are advised to practice in the play for fun mode before wagering with real money. The game is made more interesting because of the obstacles between the golfer and the hole. A free spins bonus round is missed.
Hole in One does not offer any progressive jackpot. The fixed jackpots are also quite low. The highest fixed jackpot pays only 750 coins, which at the highest bet offers only 1,875 credits. The second jackpot pays 500 coins.
