Shopping Spree II is a sequel to the popular slot Shopping Spree and promises even more fun.
The reels are set in the background of an expensive boutique and the symbols on the reels are a shopper’s delight. The Diamond Ring not only triggers the progressive jackpot but pays out by appearing anywhere on the first reel.
The items that can be bought include Ladies Handbag, Sunglasses, Sandals, Watch and Necklace. There are Credit Cards to make payments with, Calculator to total up the bill and Shopping Bags to carry the stuff home. And one cannot forget the Girl Shopper who is responsible for all the action. Full Review - Shopping Spree II (9.29)
Shopping Spree II has lively background music, which will help players get into the mood for shopping. Some of the symbols display animation. The Diamond Ring rotates when in winning combinations. The Sale symbol flips over to reveal the multiplier. The multiplier is randomly decided and takes the values 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x or 20x. The letters in the Shopping Spree II Logo become bold in turn and there is a shower of green currency notes in the background.
Shopping Spree II does not offer any betting options to players. All nine paylines are compulsorily enabled and players have to wager one and only one coin per payline and that too of a denomination fixed at 0.25. Whereas a lack of betting flexibility may not be liked by some players Shopping Spree II is a bonanza for low rollers. The total wager per spin is only 2.25 credits and for this they can have a go at a progressive jackpot that is large.
The wild Sale symbol appears only on Reel 3, but can appear in groups of two and three as well. The progressive jackpot is hit when Diamond symbols appear on Reels 1, 2, 4 and 5 and Sale appears on Reel 3 with a 20x multiplier. The symbols have to appear in a designated payline. The progressive jackpot is not multiplied 20x. Three or more scatter symbols trigger the Shopping Spree free games feature. Four or more scatter symbols offer scatter payouts, which are multiplied by the total bet.
In the Shopping Spree feature 9 free spins are awarded to the player. During these free spins 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 point symbols may appear anywhere on the reels. The values of these points are added to the Bonus Tally, which begins at zero. Scatter symbols do not appear in the free spins. In an innovative move, the Bonus Round starts after the Shopping Spree feature ends. For every 1000 points in the Bonus Tally players get 3 additional free spins. The number of additional free spins is capped at 12. In these spins Reel 3 is entirely made up of wild symbols. If players do not manage to reach 1000 points in the Bonus Tally they are given consolation bonus points. The bonus points vary from 3x the triggering bet to 100x the triggering bet depending on the Bonus Tally.
