Full Review - Happy Bugs (9.58)
Happy Bugs is a 20 payline slot game and players can enable from 1 to 20 paylines. Players also have the option of wagering up to 10 coins per payline. The number of coins can be selected by directly increasing or decreasing the line bet. The player can also select the coin denomination. There are 8 denominations to choose from with the concentration being towards the lower end.
The Beer Cans symbol is the wild symbol and substitutes for all symbols except the scatter and bonus symbols. It does not multiply payouts but offers the highest fixed jackpot of 10,000 coins. The Flower is the scatter symbol. When two or more scatter symbols appear anywhere on the reels players get scatter payouts. When three or more scatter symbols appear anywhere on the reels the Free Games bonus round is triggered. This round awards 12 free spins at tripled payouts. Free spins can be retriggered infinitely.
The Sofa is the bonus symbol. When three or more bonus symbols appear consecutively on an enabled payline beginning with the left most reel the Beer Bonus game is triggered. This is a bonus game on the second screen. When the bonus game is triggered by four or five symbols the overall bonus prize is multiplied by 5 or 27 respectively. This is a two stage bonus game. In the first stage the player picks mugs of beer to win prizes. If the prizes exceed a certain amount the player is sent to the second stage which is the happy flower bonus round. Here the player chooses between two bugs to win an additional multiplier. The prizes won in the previous round are multiplied by this multiplier. This game allows players to win up to 14,175 times the line bet.
Happy Bugs has a simple optional Gamble Game. Players can stake their current winnings and guess the color of the next card drawn. If they do so correctly their winnings are doubled. If not they lose their winnings. The double up limit is 1000.00 credits.
