Full Review - Greatest Odyssey (9.72)
Before starting the game players will have to choose the coin denomination by operating the +/- signs on either side the coin denomination button. Coin denominations are 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00 and 5.00. Players will also have to enable up to twenty-five paylines. The lines can be increased one at a time using the SELECT LINES button. Winning combinations pay only if they occur in enabled paylines. Finally players will have to choose the number of coins per line by operating the BET PER LINE button. In Greatest Odyssey players can choose up to 10 coins per line. Once the settings have been completed the game can be started by clicking the SPIN button.
The Octopus is the wild symbol. Five of these in an enabled payline offer a fixed jackpot of 5000 coins. The Treasure Book is the scatter symbol. The scatter symbols do not result in scatter payouts. It also does not trigger a free spins round. However, three or more scatter symbols trigger a feature called Lucky Spins. The next 10 spins will be paid out at a multiplier that depends on the number of scatter symbols. The win multipliers for 3, 4 and 5 Scatter symbols are 2, 10 and 25 respectively. Players cannot increase their wagers in the Lucky Spins. Three or more Lady symbols in an enabled payline trigger the bonus game, which is played on the second screen. The symbols need to appear together but need not be left aligned. There players get to pick a number of items out of 10 items for bonus credits. The number of items picked is equal to the number of Lady symbols drawn.
Greatest Odyssey offers Playtech’s Dollar Ball progressive jackpot. A separate wager has to be made for this by activating the button on the top right of the screen. The players pick 5 numbers out of 49. Then five numbers are drawn randomly. The more numbers match the player’s selection, the more he wins. If all five numbers match, he wins the progressive jackpot.
