Online Casino Video Slot Jungle King ReleasedBy: Rick Balding, Tuesday June 2nd 20092 Comments Email Print The new Jungle themed online casino video slot game released by Vegas Technology will certainly be a big winner amoung players. Jungle themed slot games have an appeal of their own. They display exotic flora and fauna, exhibit bright vivid colors and have some amazing animations. The new slot game, Jungle King, from Vegas Technology combines all the three characteristics. The reels are set in a background of verdant green jungles and deep blue skies. The symbols on the reels are typical creatures found in the jungle. There is the Tiger with black and orange stripes, the black Baboon with a flock of white hair, the deep green Butterfly and the bright orange Flower. The Tiger and the Baboon are crafted in a somewhat comic caricature style. The high value cards from Nine to Ace are also symbols on the reels. They appear in bright colors. The lead symbols, however, are the Big Chief and the Jungle Scene. The Big Chief with his colored headdress is the wild symbol. When it substitutes to make a winning combination the Big Chief starts playing a tribal tune on his wind instrument. The Jungle Scene is the scatter symbol. In the animation a baboon peeps out from the foliage, the water in the stream starts flowing, the birds fly across the sky and the sky becomes brighter. A unique feature of Jungle King is that winning combinations can be read right to left as well as the usual left to right. Players are not used to seeing wins occur right to left and are pleasantly surprised when they receive payouts. Jungle King is a 5 reel slot game with 25 and paylines. The coin denomination varies from $0.01 to $10.00. This makes Jungle King suitable for both low rollers and high rollers. The maximum line bet is $10.00 because only one coin can be wagered per line. The maximum total bet is $250. Jungle King does not have a progressive jackpot. The Big Chief wild symbol does not offer any line payouts. The maximum line payout is for 5 Tiger symbols in and enabled payline. This payout is 3,750 coins, which at maximum line bet translates to $37,500. The scatter symbol offers payouts even if 2 appear anywhere on the reels. 5 scatter symbols offer a payout of 200 coins which at maximum total bet translates to $50,000. The bonus game on the second screen is triggered when the Big Chief symbol appears simultaneously anywhere on the reels 1 and 5. Players are offered between 1 and 3 rounds. In the bonus game 9 squares appear on the second screen along with a prize table. The player keeps on picking squares till such time he reveals 3 symbols of the same type. He is then paid out as per the prize table. Jungle King can be played at all Vegas Technology licensed online casinos. News Item Tools Email Print Digg Del.icio.us StumbleUpon CommentsAdd Comment

Looks like a decent enough game. I really like the Tony the Tiger type symbol as seen in the first screenshot from above. Also the money is kind of a cool symbol as well.
