The Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With

I'm not saying this lightly. In fact, I've never felt the need to review a company before but, seriously, Neteller is so awful. I can't understand how there is any positive feedback here for them.
I had a similar experience to some others here. Neteller allows you to set up an account then makes it nearly impossible to withdraw funds. I could never get through to their helpline (which is located in Canada) and complaints via email create no response.
I sent all the documents necessary to them in order to verify my account but no response, no verification. I complained via email. No response.
I gave up the money I had in my account as lost for a long time, and then one day I tried the phone line again and got through. I lost 60 dollars to Neteller because my account was inactive for so long but I simply couldn't find a way to withdraw.
I spoke to a lovely Canadian lady but it's still taken another 2 weeks to withdraw my money. The micro-payment paid into my bank account as a means of verifying was late and I had to pay a £5 fee to do so.
Truly Awful. Don't get sucked it, it'll waste your money and your time, find some other way to gamble online.

I disagree with you. I had money in Neteller using a US address, and that was frozen by the US DOJ. I changed address to my UK address and had the money pretty quickly. The charges are clear and fair, and I did not incur any charges for a long period of non-use.
