Neteller with your money when playing at online casino sites.

Cons: Poor security, poor customer service, lost all my money.
I had been using Neteller for transfers to online poker sites without any major problems for a year or so when I received one of their standard emails informing me of a deposit I had supposedly made to a poker site and a casino I'd never used.
I checked my neteller account and found the money had gone. I quickly informed them I had not made these deposits. They 'investigated' and announced there hadn't been any security breach and implied it must be something I had done. It wasn't. They seemed unconcerned and uninterested, and I was left about £300 out of pocket.
No not trust them with your money. If you must use them, never leave much money in the account because it can just disappear without explanation.
