Mobile Casinos Get Spin3 Dragon's FortuneBy: Shirley Spicer, Friday August 28th 20092 Comments Email Print Spin3, the leading mobile gaming software provider, has launched a new instant win card mobile game called Dragon's Fortune. The game will be available to those players who use advanced web enabled smart phones and are members at Microgaming mobile casinos. Dragon's Fortune is the 7th web based release from Spin3 and the software provider's 18th mobile game. This news was conveyed through a press release from London last week. Dragon's Fortune is an oriental themed game. Its advance graphics will provide players with an enhanced gaming experience. Players can wager from 0.50 to 10.00 credits. After selecting the wager the player clicks the Play button. The Dragon then spews out six balls with different colors and different Chinese symbols representing characteristics like happiness, health and good fortune. Should two balls match the player will receive payouts from 2 times the original bet to 20,000 times the original bet. Two yellow balls pay 2 times the original bet; two gray balls pay 5 times the original bet; two pink balls pay 10 times the original bet; two purple balls pay 100 times the original bet; two red balls pay 250 times the original bet; two green balls pay 1000 times the original bet; two blue balls pay 10,000 times the original bet and two orange balls pay 20,000 times the original bet. The player is paid for the highest winning combination. The game can be played in normal speed and in turbo speed. Speaking on the launching of Dragon's Fortune, Matti Zinder, head of Spin3 said, "Instant win card games are perfectly suited to the mobile platform because they are quick and simple-to-play and hugely entertaining. Dragon's Fortune is a great twist on the classic card game and will prove to be popular in both the Chinese and global markets." He explained the launch of Dragon's Fortune as the next step in Spin3's strategy to offer games as web-applications on web-enabled smart phones like iPhone and Android GI. He described this as "a mobile gaming experience that is on a par with online." The earlier six web based games have been extremely popular. They are Mermaid Millions, Blackjack, Tomb Raider, Roulette, Major Million and Royal Derby. In addition Spin3 offers table games like 3 Card Poker and Baccarat, slots like Double Magic, Fruit Fiesta, Pub Fruity, Thunderstruck and Treasure Nile and video poker, keno and scratch cards. All these games have been developed by Microgaming. Dragon's Fortune will be available through Spin3 on all Microgaming mobile casinos over the coming weeks. A large number of Microgaming online casinos offer mobile gaming using Spin3 technology. Prominent of these are Platinum Play, All Slots, Spin Palace, Jackpot City and Royal Vegas. I didn't ever really think that Mobile gaming would get big. It seems as though the people here at Spin3 are doing a really good job in promoting the product and really bringing mobile gaming to the forefront of gaming in general. It will be interesting to see if it ever really catches on with players as I think that although the technology is there that players still would rather play on big monitors enjoying bigger more vibrant graphics and a better audio expereince as well. It's really interesting how big mobile has gotten in terms of it's ability to perform well however how few people are actually playing. I really don't know anyone that engages in mobile gaming in any gaming vertical (nor casino, poker or bingo). I suppose that it could be a bit thing with people who bet on sports though.
