The Microgaming software is very smooth and plays without any hitches. The sound options and the game statistics are extremely helpful. There is no auto play but that is not possible in a video poker game because players have to decide which cards to hold.

The graphics are clear and easy to read. The overall appearance is bright and the layout is functional. However sound options could be better. The background music is not interesting. Four games speeds have been provided. These are Slow, Medium, Fast and Fastest. The game speeds can be adjusted by choosing the desired speed in the Options menu. In the Fastest speed option the animation of turning the cards over is done away with and the face up cards are immediately shown.

Double Joker Level Up Poker offers excellent features. The Free Card Ride enables players to progress to the next level even with a losing combination. The Auto Complete feature offers players some compensation if they have a Royal Flush in hands not played. If the players are not interested in the Double Game then they can disable it so that their winnings are automatically credited without having to collect them. In the default mode the winning combinations are automatically marked as held.
