A new medieval theme slot called Coat of Arms is going live at Realtime Gaming (RTG) online casino. This Real Series slot game has a number of new features that will add interest. The reels are set in the background of a castle and the fonts used reflect the ornate heraldic style.

Coat of Arms has some exciting thematic symbols. The Black Knight is the wild symbol. It appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4 but substitutes for other symbols and doubles payouts when it does so. The Re-Spin feature is a new feature in Coat of Arms online slot. It is triggered when two or more White Knight symbols appear from left to right. After the payouts are made the reels with the White Knight symbols are held and the other reels are spun again up to 10 times. Only scatter pays are awarded after each re-spin. Scatters pay in any position on the reels during the Re-Spin feature. Improved White Knight combinations are not held.

The Coat of Arms slot game also has a free spins feature. This is triggered differently from the usual manner in the RTG Real Series slot games. During normal games a bonus golden shield may appear with symbols on the first three reels. If golden shields appear on all three reels then 15 free spins are awarded to the player. Payouts are doubled during the first five free spins; they are tripled on the next five free spins and quadrupled thereafter. During the free spins a Crown symbol is added to the third reel. It substitutes for all symbols except the Black Knight. Each time this symbol appears, one crown will be displayed above the reels. If the player accumulates five crowns he is awarded 5 extra free spins. A maximum of 10 extra free spins can be accumulated in this manner.
