In Microgaming keno players can select up to 15 numbers on the keno ticket. The casino draws 20 numbers. The players are paid out depending on the number of hits made. Depending on the selected numbers hit the appropriate row of the payout table is also highlighted. The player’s balance is shown in the bottom left corner. When the player makes a wager the amount is deducted from the balance and shown in the "bet" box. The winnings as per the payout table are shown in the "win" box and are also added to the player’s balance. If the player wants to wager with the same selection he simply has to click the "play" button again. If he wants to make minor changes he can deselect some numbers and select new ones. Or the player can clear the entire selection by clicking the "clear" button and start afresh.

There are some other buttons that the player should know about. The "games" button is used for exiting the game. The "bank" button is used for carrying out banking transactions from within the game. The "options" button is indicated by the gear wheels. There are two sound options. One is the "background sound", which is music played when the screen is displayed but the game is not in progress. The other is the "sound", which indicated the sounds during the game. These are of the balls rolling in the slot, special sounds for hits and for the end of the game. Each of the sound options can be individually selected or deselected. There are some buttons in the top left corner.
