Customers who want to sign up with Instadebit are instructed to fill out an application online that gives basic identification information, as well as information about whatever bank accounts they want to apply the Instadebit account to. It''s pretty much as simple as that.
The purchases can be made through the Canadian bank account or through the Instadebit account balance. One thing that is very attractive is the fact that you can actually sign up for Instadebit as you are making your first purchase through Instadebit. For example, if you stop at a casino site and want to sign up and play right away, you can indeed choose to use Instadebit and then it will take you right to the signup process. In other words, you don't have to have previously established an account in order to begin the purchase process. That's convenient.
When you DO sign up with Instadebit, you will have an account page where you can review your transaction history at any time. Any problems the customer has can be addressed through the support center, which is open 24 hours a day. Support can be accessed in the following ways: through e-mail (support@Instadebit.com), through a telephone support line (1-877-88DEBIT) or by live, interactive chat. So whatever the problem you have, Instadebit will have you covered.
