Pros: Easy to move money out of your bank
Cons: Can't get money back, inept staff, rude,
I signed up to move a large sum of money out of my poker account. I tested it first by moving a small amount into my poker account. This worked so I went ahead and moved the large sum out. This didn't work. They have now froze my poker account and my Instadebit account. They are requiring that I send them voided checks and copies of my bank statements. It has been 2 weeks now and my money is nowhere to be seen. I am less worried about the amount of my money they have than all the extra information they are requiring me to send them.
