International Game Technology (IGT) is a US based land casino equipment supplier that develops online gambling content through its division WagerWorks. IGT has announced a deal with the online casino EspaceJeux.com, which is run by the provincial lottery corporation Loto-Quebec. IGT will supply online casino games on a phased basis.

The first phase will include four games that will go live before the end of 2012. These are vintage IGT online slots that have stood the test of time at WagerWorks online casinos. Unlike the procedure followed in other WagerWorks online casinos, these games will be hosted on the Loto-Quebec servers in Montreal. The four online slots are Cleopatra, Wheel of Fortune - Hollywood Edition, Monopoly with Pass Go Bonus and Cluedo. Cleopatra has the ancient Egypt theme with the seductive queen being the wild symbol and the Sphinx triggering the free spins. Wheel of Fortune - Hollywood Edition is based on the most popular game show in television history and offers Hollywood sized prizes. Monopoly with Pass Go Bonus and Cluedo are branded slots based on the popular Hasbro board games.

Robert Melendres, IGT executive vice president of emerging businesses, said that the addition of Loto-Quebec as an interactive business-to-business partner reinforces their commitment to the North American online and mobile market. Convergence is crucial to the future of North American online casino gaming and IGT is in the best position to provide operators such as Loto-Quebec with multiple options that will enable them to expand their reach. Melendres added, "IGT creates great-performing games players love, whether they are playing in land-based casinos, or on their laptops."

In the second phase the online casino EspaceJeux.com will integrate the IGT remote game server (RGS), which will initially allow for another 16 powerful WagerWorks titles. The games for EspaceJeux.com will be offered in the localized Canadian French. The RGS will be served from a new IGT datacenter in Kamloops in British Columbia. The second phase will cover titles that are player favorites such as Da Vinci Diamonds, Siberian Storm and Fire Opals. Da Vinci Diamonds offers the trademark WagerWorks Tumbling Reels feature in which the winning symbols disappear from the reels to be replaced by fresh ones thereby giving players a chance to win again. Siberian Storm offers the eye-catching hexagonal structure with 720 ways to win and combinations that pay out both ways. Fire Opals has a similar structure but is set in the volcanic Hawaiian paradise.

In the final stage more than 30 online casino games will be available through the RGS. The selection will move away from online slots and include several IGT video poker titles. All games supplied will be available in English and Canadian French.
