SLOW TO HONOR MATCH BONUS

Pros: good deposit choices
Cons: MATCH BONUS FRUSTRATION...do they really honour it or do you have to fight for it?
I received a fancy high quality postcard-type promotional offer through the mail. The offer sounded too good to refuse. It was a 150% match bonus. The instructions to opt into this offer were simple. Deposit at least $10 to a maximum of $300 and your account would be credited immediately. I had temporarily forgotten that I had had a similar offer from THE GAMING CLUB months before. Anyway, I deposited my $100 expecting to have $250 in my account. It did not happen. It took 2 phone calls, 3 emails, 3 on-line LIVE SUPPORT CHAT calls before I was credited. This took a matter of 2 days! During this two day wait, I then remembered I had had a similar experience with this company months earlier. That was probably the reason why I choose not to continue using them as my on-line gambling site. My correspondence with them requested that someone (supervisor or management) please call me as I had concerns over their practices. I never heard anything back at all. After much frustration and time, I was finally awarded the 150% match. I played it out and closed my account.
