French Roulette At Casino Tropez

Casino Tropez French Roulette Preview

There is good news for roulette players at Casino Tropez. The online casino has just introduced French Roulette in its suite of games. The game is available in single player, multiplayer and private group formats. The advantage of French Roulette is that it has the lowest house edge of all roulette games. On account of the La Partage rule players lose only half their wagers on even money bets if a ‘0’ is called.

The first thing that new players will notice is that the roulette table does not show the red and black numbers. There are a large number of features on the screen. On the top left corner is a box in which the recently called numbers are displayed. Next to it is a close up of the wheel showing the result of the current spin. The maximum bet allowed is $1 trillion, which in effect means that there is no upper limit on the betting. But players should stick to their self imposed limits and not go overboard with their wagers. In the bottom left hand corner the current balance of the player is displayed. The menu button is at the bottom right corner. It contains the game history, the options for the game settings and the help section that contains the detailed game rules.

Just above the menu button are two bets that are not found in common versions of roulette. They are the Neighbor bets and Announce bets. The Neighbor bet lets the player choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 numbers on either side of a specified number on the wheel. There are ten Announce bets on offer. As the cursor is moved over the bets the numbers included in the Announce bet are highlighted on the screen. These exotic bets are fine for occasionally tinkering around with. But the staple bet should be the even money bet. Since French Roulette offers an advantage on these bets it would be foolish to forgo the advantage. There are three pairs of even money bets. One is the red and black pair. The second is the Pair (even) and Impair (odd) pair. And the third is the Manque (1 to 18) and Passe (19 to 36) pair.

Casino Tropez is powered by Playtech, which is one of the leading online gaming software providers. It is licensed from Antigua and Barbuda and its operations are audited for fairness by Technical Systems Testing. Casino Tropez is a brand of the Euro Partners group. The other group online casinos are Titan Casino, Europa Casino, Vegas Red, Casino Del Rio, Cameo Casino and Craps.com. Along with French Roulette Casino Tropez has introduced two new live dealer table games. These are Live Mahjong Pai Gow and Live Roulette Pro.
