I recently won 3k off a coupon from prism casino after the play thru requirement of 3k.. so I actually won 6k as soon as I requested a withdraw, they voided the wins and said that I had an account with them and was not allowed to use the free chip that they sent, if that is the case they should have stopped the use of the chip at the beginning.. they are con artist, I am sure they have no issue keeping the money I deposited with them even though I had the account.

Hmm...give your screenshot.. It`s no the first complain about such casinos as BET 365.. Even the large gaming rooms are rogue if the deal is to withdraw money.. That`s apity.. When they promoting their services there are 99% of withdrawals..but the real situation is much worse=(
