US legal / illegal states
Hello, I am new to online casinos, I am trying to fiqure out what is legal and not. I searched the internet, and I am pretty sure that it is illegal to play on online casinos in Louisiana, but legal in Mississippi. If I live in Mississippi, but I go to someones house in Louisiana and play there is that legal, being that my account has a Mississippi address?

Re: US legal / illegal states
This is why I say its illegal in louisiana to gamble online.
http://www.usaplayers.com/gambling/us-states-where-online-gambling-is-illegal.html
"US States Where Online Gambling Is Illegal Basically, there are a number of states in the United States where online gambling is illegal. Online casinos that accept US players will not accept players from these states. The states in the US where online gambling is illegal are Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wisconsin."
And also this. http://www.rushmoreonline.com/TermsAndConditions
"The player is at least 21 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Rushmore Casino's operation of virtual casino gambling is directed only towards players who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet through the application of the software. Some jurisdictions have not yet addressed the legality of the use of software for gambling, while some jurisdictions have specifically made Internet gambling illegal. It is impossible for Rushmore Casino to determine the state of the law in every jurisdiction around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the player accepts sole responsibility for determining the laws that apply in his/her jurisdiction. The player is responsible for any consequences that may transpire as a result of his/her not determining the legality of Internet gaming in his/her jurisdiction. Player understands that Player may play games free or for money. Player does not find the Game of the Web site to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, nor indecent. Commercial use of Rushmore Casino is strictly forbidden. The player will play only for private and non-professional purposes. Before placing bets, the player is responsible for verifying the laws on gambling which governs the place where the Rushmore Casino client is used."
Thanks for any help you can give.
