I'm very much a new user to playing at internet casinos and gaming sites online in general and today was the first time that I actually attempted to play for real money at Rome Casino where I found that my credit card deposit was rejected. I haven't tried again as I've read elsewhere that there are issues with people who attempt to make purchases at online casinos for credits if they're from the USA. I don't really know what the best thing for me to do at this point would be so I really wanted to just post a quick message here on the site as it seems like Casino Advisor is a very comprehensive guide for casino players like me.

So any suggestions on what I should do, should I try playing at a different casino or contact the customer service team at Rome Casino or something?

This is a part of online gaming that you're just going to have to deal with and a reality that cannot unfortunately be escaped. Because of issues surrounding online gambling in the United States as well as other countries throughout the world payment processing especially with credit card deposits has become increasingly more difficult.

Also Rome Casino doesn't have as good of a means as other casinos like Rushmore, Slot O' Cash, etc... when it comes to processing deposits for players via credit card.

If you're concerned though you can contact them and see if they can do something for you. I would suggest playing at Rushmore, Cherry Red, Golden Casino, Club World Casino or one of those guys who are much better at accepting deposits using credit cards.

I play at the casinos offered by the Rushmore group like Rushmore Casino and Slots Oasis as well as casinos that are part of the Golden group including Go Casino and Crazy Slots and don't really have any problems with them.

A good strategy I've found is to have several online casinos that you play at on the go. That way if you get a rejection (note: rejections will even happen at the best of the best online casinos out there that may not normally have any issues processing). It's the nature of the beast and really cannot be avoided. So when you play at more then one online casino that you know normally is able to accept transactions using your credit card chances are that at least one of the ones that you play at will be able to accept the transaction you're trying with your card.

Try playing elsewhere that's the best advice that one can give you. I think the idea that was mentioned by Angie though where you should play at more then one online casino is a good option that way if you get a rejection at one of the casinos you likely won't get it at another. You'd want to play at casinos that are not a part of the same gaming group though (ie. Rushmore casino and Cherry Red are the same group just as Golden Casino, Online Vegas, etc... are all a part of the same group as well).
