i closed my account with roxy palace a few months ago. two weeks ago i rang them and asked for it to be reopened.
I was told it would be reopened straight away
I asked if it was ok to deposit and if their were any blocks on the account i was assured all was ok.
I deposited and played
I won £400 withdrew £350 and had 50 in play.
They locked me out.
When i asked why they said i was on the negative database.
I have excluded from casinos in the past and this is the only thing i have done.
I feel this is unfair as i won the money fairly and they had assured me my account was ok.
Can they do this?
