Preferred online casino customer support options
I've been playing at a few online casinos not for quite a while and there's been times when I've needed to contact customer support. Most of the casinos that I play at offer a wide range of customer support options including live chat, e-mail, phone, and fax based support. I've put together a small break down of the casinos that I play at for the most part and the support option that I prefer using with each of them.
Golden Casino -> Phone support I've used their phone support a few times to address issues which were resolved promptly by real professional customer support staff.
Rushmore Casino & Slots Oasis -> Live Chat Although I've used their phone support and e-mail support in the past I've always found that I can get in touch with a CSR much quicker though their live chat feature which is available from within the lobby of their casino software.
Anyways just wanted to share my findings and offer my opinion on the customer support of the above mentioned online casino brands.

Re: Preferred online casino customer support options
Unlike you I don't think I favor particular contact methods amongst the online casinos that I play at. I do prefer contacting customer support in the following order:
1. Live Chat 2. Phone 3. E-Mail
I find that when live chat is available and there are representatives actually around that this contact method is the most efficient to get things resolved.

Re: Preferred online casino customer support options
I favor phone support over all other options especially when I can get a real person and rep on the phone right away. I find this to be the quickest and easiest way to get thing's done vs. e-Mail and even live chat. Although live chat is good I find that I can still get my point across quicker when discussing something with a real person on the phone.

Me I personally only opt for support as well over the phone. Although I've used the live chat I've found that the fact that you have to type to get your message across takes way longer then just saying it to someone. Additionally I've found that when using the live chat on some of these casinos that if you have an interruption of some sort that you can't restore your chat session making for a big pain as you have to then explain everything again to a new customer service representative.

Re: Preferred online casino customer support options
I guess is depends on your personality me I'm pretty laid back so I prefer e-mail as I know they'll always get back to me and there's no real wait time for me in the moment. Sure I have to wait for them to get back to me via e-mail but I find that I get answers and replies on my customer support request fairly quickly.
