I just referred a player a friend of mine actually to Golden online casino which I'm still able to play at without a problem and was not able to play at their casino for some reason. We're both US players so I'm kind of puzzled why he couldn't even create an account with their casino.

Does anyone have any incite into this issue, if so please let me know so I can convey to him what's going on.

I've been playing with them for some time now without ever having any problems whatsoever. In fact they're my favorite online casino that I currently play at so this is why I recommended him in the first place.

Again any help or info that can be provided on this would be great!

Yeah well they stopped accepting new US players to Golden Casino as of December 1st which is likely why you can play but your friend cannot.

Not sure whether you play at any of the other Golden Casino group of online casinos like Go Casino or Online Vegas casino but in both cases both are backed by the same people and are really just as good as Golden Casino is so I think that if you were to suggest and recommend to your friend that he/she should play at either of them that they'd have just as good of time playing!

It's a shame to hear that your friend couldn't play at Golden Casino but everyone is right Go and Online Vegas are great alternatives and I agree that if your friend or even if you were to play there that you would like it. Additionally there isn't that much difference and in fact if you were to play at other casinos within the same group you could still take advantage of the great bonuses offered by each.

It's a bummer especially since they built this brand to be the most recognizable of the groups brands that that currently opperate. I think that Go Casino will likely become their flagship brand now for the group.

It isn't the first time this kind of thing has happened I used to be an avid player of Playboy casino which was operating on Cryptologic software until they pulled the plug on that. It's just the reality of these small gaming companies being in business. I think that you'll find that if you play at casinos that are big casinos that have major backing that you won't encounter these kinds of issues.
