Microgaming software bug
Hello, I'm new to this whole online casino world. I've recently created an account at Golden Riviera Casino, and after I downloaded their software I started playing Vegas Craps for real money.. After winning and losing some, all of a sudden the software kicked me out of the game saying "Error 0: We have a Casino error, please try again later" Well, I tried later, I tried after 5 minutes, I tried after 5 hours, still no go. I contacted the support about 6 different times, during which I uninstalled and re-installed the software, updated my Flash software, reset my computer, tried a different computer, tried different games (some worked and many didn't work with the same error) I even tried erasing stuff in the registry. The support had no clue, said they sent a screenshot of the error to Microgaming who's responsible for the software, they're supposed to get back to me, meanwhile i'm in the dark.. Anybody has ever had this kind of "Error 0" issue? any solution?? opinion?

Error could be for many reasons. Sometimes it's a block on your account. sometimes it's an internet issue. Keep persisting. Would be interested to know if you ever got your money out of GR, as I've heard mixed reviews over the years...
