Not sure how many of you know about this which is kind of a silly considering that a large percentage of the market has shifted away from using Internet Exploer and moving towards FireFox, Opera, Chrome and a few other browsers. But Microgaming online casinos that offer a flash version of their casino do not allow you to play the flash no download version of their online casino if you're using FireFox.

This to me seems pretty ridiculous considering that there are so many users out there on FireFox they must really be loosing out on business because of this.

I do have IE installed on my computer but refuse to use is cause although I'm a PC user I really hate using Internet Explorer even if I'm forced into it. Because of this I'm really forced to only be able to play in the downloadable version of Microgaming online casinos that I currently and already play at. I just would have liked to have had the conveneince of being able to play at work without having to download and install the software there.

Anyways just my grumbles with regards to their software.

Well you're certainly not the only one that this affects. All FireFox users are affected by this. Unfortunately if you want to play Microgaming's free casino games it has to be on Internet Explorer and there's nothing that can be done about that unfortunately.

Because of how Internet Explorer uses ActiveX allowing it to interface directly with your computer (ie. gather details on specifications, store info on your hard drive, etc...) it is a requirement by Microgaming and cannot be circumvented.

If you want to play Microgaming casinos and more importantly the flash version of their casinos then you're going to have to simply use Internet Explorer to do so.

One of the downsides for sure with MGS software. Hopefully they can and will come up with a solution that will be more uniform across all browser platforms!
