Grand Slam of Slots Microgaming Tournament
Not sure how many of your are playing in the Microgaming Grand Slam online casino slots tournament but what I don't think people realize is that someone here is going to be walking away with 1million euros. This is the biggest slots tournament ever hosted by an online casino company ever. Unfortunately if you don't have a ticket into the tournament then you can't really play but what I've found is that even people who have won free tickets haven't taken advantage and played yet. The first 9000 coins in the tournament are free. If you're not sure if you have a ticket waiting for you and that you can play in this tournament all you need to do is visit all of the Microgaming casinos that you play at and attempt to enter into the tournament by clicking on it in the tournaments menu. If you don't get an error message it means that you can in fact play in this online casino slots tournament that's featured on the TombRaider video slot game.
I've been playing and so far have re-bought into the tournament a total of 3 times and have already made it to the 200s in terms of placing for the tournament. Not that I'll walk away with much when the tournament finished but still would as I beleive they have prized going all the way up to the 400th placers in this tournament.
Anyways if you do play in this tournament I'd curb my re-buys to around 5 - 6 total re-buys and continues in the tournament as the first place person in the tournament already has won 73,595 in coins and will be hard to beat. More then that though the re-buys aren't cheap and nor are the continues. Re-buys are at a rate or 30 Euros which gives you an additional 9000 credits but wipes out your score but you still retain your highest score. Continues cost 30 Euros as well but only entitle you to 4500 in credits which isn't all that much and goes very fact.
I think that to win this tournament at this point someone is going to have to be really lucky top beat "Rick H" the current leader in the tournament. I'm going to try a few more times now though... Wish me luck!

I have a ticket too and I'm not doing too great after a total of 5 buy-ins so far and playing though all the continues I'm still in the 20K range it seems like it's going to be impossible to reach the top. I'm going to continue playing as the re-buys aren't that much IMHO when you look at the size of the jackpot. I just wish that all the volatility wasn't in the one big prize but was spread across multiple prizes. I suppose though that the big prize is what draws players in and keeps them playing!

Re: Grand Slam of Slots Microgaming Tournament
So it would appears as though Mr Rick H has this tournament locked down and will likely walk away on November 2nd when the tournament ends 1 million euros richer then he may or may not already be.
Man I wish I could have walked away with that mil... oh well maybe next time.
I've been playing more and more and end up sinking more and more into the re-buys but I'm not really doing all that great so I don't know if it's even worth it at this point to continue and try for the big bucks... I'd be happy even making it into the top 10, lol... maybe a few more re-buys then!

Man o man is this Rick H person pissing me off... lol... no just kidding good for him! I just can't seem to get out of the 35K mark in my standings right now and would really like to make it into at least the top 10. I'm going to be playing aggressively today to try and make it into a top tier position! I really hope I can achieve this before the end of the tournament which is creeping up quite rapidly!

Re: Grand Slam of Slots Microgaming Tournament
A new player has come into the picture with the user alias "pattoned" who appears to have dominated the tournament. This player has won 109,780 credits which is quite a step Rich H who held the #1 position for quite some time now. It's really gotta be a bummer for this guy who dropped from thinking that he was solid in his position and was going to walk away with 1.0 Million Euros. He dropped from that to unless things change in the next 27 minutes to walking away with 100K. It's quite a drop but still 100K is better then a 100 EUR prize or nothing which most players in the tournament will walk away with. Oh well better luck to everyone who didn't walk away a millionaire this time next time!
