One thing we all want as players at online casinos is to be treated like we matter and that we're more then just a player as though we were being treated with respect like we were playing as high rollers in land based casino type environments. I really think that there is a big differentiation between online casinos that are well established and really know what they're doing vs. those that haven't been in business for very long and aren't yet too familiar with the process and necessity to keep players happy for as long as they humanly can do even if it means dipping into the casinos own pocket to do so. The nature of casino business whether it be land based or online (I assume online as well) is that the casinos make a big percentage of their revenue from the bigger players who spend the most money at the casino. Hence as a result it's important for the casino to ensure that they keep people playing.

Today the other day I received a gift (just before Christmas) actually it was in fact a Christmas gift from the Go Online casino group which includes online casinos such as Go Casino (Obviously, lol...), Online Vegas Casino and Crazy Slots casino all of which are fantastic casinos and ones in which I play at regularly. I've found that each of them offers something unique but the all have the same management in common, same level of customer support and service, different but equally as good bonuses and share a lot of commonalities as they naturally would being that they're part of the same online casino group. The gift was said in the card that it was in appreciation for my loyalty to their casinos and that they appreciated me. It almost brought a tear to my eye as I was reading this. I really did find that them thinking of me in more a way then just to give a bonus here and there went pretty far with me.

I will continue playing at their casinos and remain loyal to them not because of the gift but because of the fact that playing with their casinos is more fun then playing anywhere else for me especially because of the lucrative bonuses, tournaments and other aspects of playing with their casinos.

As far as online casino groups goes they are the best of the best when it comes to what you're describing in making players feel welcome and feel like they matter. They have bonues that meet the criterion of both small players and whales alike and more then that they do these little things like send gifts to their players that I think really does make people like both you and I feel a sense of loyalty to the casino and where we'll continue to play. The software that powers all Vegas Technology casinos all Realtime Gaming casinos, etc... is always going to be the same with the exception of perhaps a few custom games that one casino may offer that another will not but in the end I think what makes the difference between them are exactly those things that you've described in your post here. I'm very pleased with them as well and also received a little gift basket from them so I'm not going anywhere else and will continue playing with them!

Offering players bonuses that are like 20K definitely isn't something that most other online casinos do. Each of the casinos they have in their repertoire of online casinos are really great online casinos and ones in which offering equally as attractive bonuses, tournaments and good overall level and quality of service. I think that things that differentiate them from other groups like the English Harbour group are the things that I've just mentioned.

Really a great online casino and a well operated group of casinos for that matter. I beleive and really think that they know what they're doing as well and excel as a leader in operating online casinos.

They certainly have picked up some momentum over the past few months especially with Golden casino no longer accepting any new US players. I think that this casino group is definitely in it for the long haul but all in all they are a really great online casino group and I have to agree with those comments.
