for payout with several emails and no response? US palyer.. is that the issue? or just a crappy casino?

I invested over $20,000 into this casino and was due to receive approximately $10,000 in payouts. When I began to inquire as to how my payouts would occur, I was essentially "bullied" into playing more and told that in order to maintain my VIP status that I would have to continue playing at my current level if I wanted to receive my payouts. I have since decided not to play, and was told that my payouts are now reduced according to their bogus terms and conditions and that my payouts will now occur every 15-18 business days! This casino is a complete FRAUD and if you ever intend to receive any money back from a casino, do not visit Diceland, Rome Partners, or any TopGame casino. They are all crooks.

I was paid by both rome and diceland and both withdrawals over $1000.00 but it took forever(approx. 21 days) to be paid.
