Refreshing of state in Microgaming online casino games?
When entering into a Microgaming online casino game I get this this dialog box that says "Refreshing State" does anyone know exactly what this means and what state their talking about is refreshing... I'm just a little unclear on the purpose of this. I assume it's not a big deal and nothing really I should bother with but I'm just really interested in knowing exactly what it means.
Thanks, Bonnie

Re: Refreshing of state in Microgaming online casino games?
Hi Bonnie,
I've actually read about what you're asking here in the past and from what I remember this feature is to restore the current state of your game. For example Microgaming games will bring you back always to the last known state of where the game that you were playing left off at. Let's say that you're in the middle of a bonus round while playing a slot game and you loose power to your house. You might think that your game will be lost, however with Microgaming software if this were to happen when entering back into the same game you'd be taken back to the last known state which would be that you were in the bonus round. This type of feature in their software definitely helps prevent a lot of problems and cheating by players as well as they can never abandon an hand in blackjack or other game.
Anyways it's a great feature when you think about it and what it means to ensure that you're able to finish your current games regardless of any disruptions.
I've actually also noticed that even if you don't have a pending game in a state where the game is not completed that when you re-enter into the Microgaming game you'll come back to the last known state. So the reels in a slot game will be the same as when you left the game, if there are cards on a blackjack table they'll still be there when you come back, etc...
Anyways hope this was a bit of help...
Bill

Yes this is exactly what this is used for... I really love the fact that the save the game states as it's a big thing when you're trying to come back into the game if you didn't feel like finishing it at the given moment that you for example entered into a bonus round or whatever.
For software providers out there that don't support this feature I think it's really important that they consider integrating this as I think that players love it I know I do.
