I tend to take my winnings and run. But thats more so when i play carribean stud live. Online its more of a boredom thing that keeps me playing. I suggest next time you're up big, cash out your starting amount and see if you can run up the profits

Self awareness is key, it seems like you're building it up, pay attention every time you make a mistake due to lack of discipline, DISCIPLINE yourself to stop. After a while it just becomes a habit.
