Graphics in casino games from one to the next
Hi everyone,
It seems that when it comes to the graphics in online casinos there's quite a bit of difference from one online casino to the next. For example I'm playing on Online Vegas Casino and also on Club World Casino both of which that I've found here on the site and have been playing at for the past few months now. As I play more and more I realize that I like the graphics that are found in the online slots games available at Club World Casino more in general then that of what you'd find at Online Vegas Casino. The graphics are a lot different but mostly the graphics of the symbols in the slots games that you'll find at Online Vegas Casino are very dull and poor and seem way too cartoon like whereas the graphics in the Club World Casino games remind me a lot of the games that I usually play when I go to Las Vegas. I'm not sure if it's just me that seeing this or there are generally a lot of differences between that of online casinos and the graphics in the games that are available within them. However at the same time the video poker, blackjack and other table games I would have to say are slightly better at Online Vegas Casino but for the most part I stick to playing slots games so it's not that big of a deal for me really with respect to these games having a big difference.
I guess the question is really why is there such a difference in the graphics from one online casino software provider to the next?
Thanks, Garman

Re: Graphics in casino games from one to the next
There's absolutely no doubt that graphics in the Club World exceed that of Online Vegas. The thing is this garman that there are various online casino software providers out there and each of them has their own online casino software with graphics and different graphic designers that do the work to build the online casino software that they run. So you're always going to have to expect that there's going to be quite a big difference between the different software providers.
Some online casino software providers really exceed in the area of graphic design for symbols in their slots games, etc... whereas others are not so good at it but do offer things such as Tournaments as is the case with the difference with Vegas Technology vs. Realtime Gaming. I know that the graphics are better at RTG casinos but there are always going to be certain things that we do like as individuals at one casino over that of another and it's mainly attributed to the software over and above anything else.
All the best - Sandy

If you're playing at casinos that you've mentioned that are powered by RTG and VT it's likely because you're an American or reside in the US and cannot play at casinos powered by Microgaming, Playtech or Cryptologic as they definitely have games that are far superior to what's on the US market right now and are evolving at a much quicker pace as well. Anyways RTG though is definitely better of the two that you're playing at however the tournaments that VT offers a mentioned are pretty decent as well. You're always going to find issues and things you do and do not like amongst the casinos you play at now or in the future. It's just the way it is.

There's always going to be a difference in the style of design that online casino software providers use which certainly has and will play for the future. Software providers who produce games with lousy graphics are really inferior in the sense that those who are able to do better at producing high quality graphics for their games will definitely excel as leaders.

There's always going to be differences amongst the graphics in online casino games. I find that some online casino software has games that I like and others do as well and I think that you'll find that the more you play as well.
Cheers!

I personally myself like playing at online casinos that are on software platforms that really put a lot of time and care into their software and more so in respect to the graphics and game play in the games that you play. There's a world of difference say between a software provider like Microgaming and then one like Vegas Technology. Hands down in all categories I would have to remark that Microgaming excels as a leader in their games, graphics, etc... Probably followed by Playtech and then some of the others but still definitely Microgaming. If you can play at Microgaming casinos I'd highly advise it.

I think that in general there's a noticable difference but it changes as well just like it does if you look at casino games found in land based casinos. For a while WMS was leading with the best graphics, games, etc... but IGT has now come back with some killer video slots games. Next time any of you are in a land based casino make sure to check this stuff out.

Both of those land based gambling companies have some amazing slots games that they offer. There are a few games that I've played too in recent visits to land based casinos that are simply amazing!

I think that some of the online casino software providers actually offer games with better graphics then what I've often times seen in land based casinos.

Most of the time they differ from one another. Others just are superior most probably due to the budget that one site. It all boils down to budgetary constrains, even if the gaming software or apps is done by the industry's foremost gaming company. Low budget means low quality.

Agree with Mercury I beleive that online casino software companies that don't spend enough on their graphic designers (eg. paying good graphic designers to do the work) will end up with an inferior product IMO.

Re: Graphics in casino games from one to the next
I wish there was more consistency in even the graphics in the games that are provided by individual online casino software companies which isn't the case for the most part unfortunately.

Cryptologic seem to have some of the best Animation, graphics and sound out of all the other developers. Although Microgaming and Playtech are a very close second.

Club world definitely surpass online Vegas because of its user interface and graphic designs that is really noticeable when you compare them its really depends on the designers of the software of the well known providers.
