Fraud
I'm a disabled veteran and tried my luck at Prism Casino a few days ago with a $50 deposit. I was fortunate enough to hit a Royal and eventually cashed out $500. I emailed Prism everything it asked for.....email attachments with images of both sides of the credit card I used, my drivers license, a current utility bill, and, for good measure, my VA medical photo ID card. I didn't receive an email response one way or the other, so I returned to the casino and saw that they had denied my withdrawal request with no explanation and inexplicably placed $50 "withdrawable" cash into my account. Of course, the minimum withdrawal is $100, so Prism is expecting that I will lose the current $50 in the account. If I am not worthy of Prism winnings, why am I worthy to have Prism place $50 into my account? I enjoy limited online gambling, but I expect the casinos to be honest. Prism isn't.
